BTI is now fully registered with the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Kenya.

The registration certificate number TVETA/PRIVATE/TVC/008/2022 was issued by The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA).

TVETA is mandated to license, register, accredit, regulate and coordinate programs, institutions, and trainers, mainly at Artisan, certificate, and diploma levels.

Buruuj Training Institute is a pan African eLearning Institute for Business, Information Technology, Languages, Islamic Finance, and Islamic studies.

Buruuj first started offering training sixteen years ago when its predecessor TJ computer College opened its doors in Sotik Town of Bomet county in 2006.

TJ was later relocated to Nairobi and renamed Tijara Consultancy. Tijara went into full-time consultancy and capacity building aimed at corporate institutions.

Buruuj was borne out of Tijara Consultancy to cater to the ever-advancing tech-savvy Kenyans’ enormous demand for e-learning courses.

Buruuj has already made its mark by training hundreds of students in Arabic, Burji, Amharic, and Swahili Languages.

In addition, BTI has handled dozens of students studying the Qur’an and Islamic Studies.

With the Government registration in hand, BTI can now start offering accredited academic and professional courses upon identifying qualified tutors.

The Institute will offer a course that is examined by Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC), Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Exam Board (KASNEB), TVET Curriculum Development Assessment and Certification Council (CDACC), and National Industrial Training Authority (NITA)

Below is a full bouquet of courses offered by Buruuj Training institute, both physically and online.
