The pan African e-learning institute has launched its first physical classes at the Ongata Rongai Campus.
Supported by a battery of highly experienced tutors, the Institute intends to produce students who are best suited for current global technological trends.
IT courses are not new to Buruuj Training Institute (BTI), its history dates to July 2006 when its predecessor, TJ Computer College commenced IT Training in Sotik Town, Kenya.
In 2008, TJ computer college relocated to Nairobi and continued offering on-demand IT courses mainly to institutions.
In 2015, the Institute started offering Strategic Management and Islamic Finance Training with a bias towards short-term courses targeting Saccos and other corporate entities.
The growing demand for individualized training gave rise to the Buruuj Training Institute (BTI).
BTI offers Information Technology, Business, Management, Accounting, Community Development, Entrepreneurship, Languages, Banking, Sacco Management, Islamic Finance, Qur’an and Islamic Studies courses.
We aim to reach a global audience mainly through Open, Distance, and eLearning (ODeL). Our Main campus hosts physical classes for courses such as IT and computer studies.
Our online students learn through our interactive online platform/app, which has an Android version for ease of access.
In addition, we have a robust e-Library resource for the students.
