- Market training programs and consultancy services in Kenya and globally
- Act on various training and consultancy requests from institutions and strategic clients in the region and internationally.
- Establish priority training areas in response to market demands in Kenya, the region, and internationally.
- To seek consultancy opportunities to be executed under the auspices of BTI College
- Develop strategic collaborations with training development partners to enhance impact nationally, regionally, and globally.
- Design, develop, and suggest research-based solutions to industry players.
