Course Description;
This Course intends to highlight developments in procurement and logistics as a key area to survival of organization’s strategy. It gives the foundation, tools, and techniques to manage procurement and logistics activities such as physical distribution, materials management and examines procurement processes in both private and public sector. This course is thus designed for students who will become public managers or marketers and have procurement responsibilities and for those who will interact with designated procurement professionals. This course is thus to prepare such managers and or management team to effectively manage the procurement and logistical aspects of different organizations.
